What we collect
Plan registration: parent name, phone number and number of children. Contact form: your name, phone number and/or email, topic and message. We also record the page you submitted from and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) to understand which channels bring visitors. We do not ask for a child’s name, photo or growth measurements on this website.
Why we use it
To contact you about your request, confirm plans and payments, provide support and improve our communication. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Where it is stored
Submissions are sent securely to an online workspace managed by Siroby (Google Sheets) with access limited to authorised staff. Information is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and provide the service; you may ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting Siroby. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Growth and BMI tools
Measurements are calculated in your browser. They are not saved or sent with any form.
Camera and the Siroby app
This website does not use your camera. The Siroby app at siroby.com/app uses the camera to recognise movement; camera images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to a server. Training data is stored on the device you use.
Browser storage and external services
Your market preference and campaign parameters may be stored in your browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Bank-transfer QR images, when shown, are generated by VietQR (img.vietqr.io).
Updates
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
