Use the device
you already have.
A clear view of the whole body.
- Place the laptop on a stable surface, with the camera facing the training space.
- Use a well-lit area and make sure the camera can see the movements.
- Open Siroby and allow camera access when the application requests it.
A bigger screen for shared movement.
- Connect a compatible laptop to your TV using HDMI or supported screen output.
- Position the active camera so it sees the person exercising, not just the TV.
- Phone video output depends on the phone, adapter and TV. Check compatibility first.
A stable setup makes the difference.
- Secure the phone in a stable position; avoid holding it while exercising.
- Check that the training area and movements fit within the camera view.
- Follow the device and orientation guidance shown inside the app.
