Plans and payment
Vietnam prices are shown in VND for a 12-month prepaid plan. After you register, Siroby confirms your plan and payment details with you. Plans do not renew automatically. Prices and plans for other markets are confirmed by the Siroby team.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are confirmed by Siroby together with your plan before you pay.
Health and safety
Siroby provides physical activity experiences and is not a medical service. Growth and BMI results are references, not a diagnosis or a prediction. If a child or adult has pain, an injury, a medical condition or is under treatment, consult a doctor or suitable specialist before training. Children should train in a safe, clear space with adult supervision.
