THE SCIENCE OF MOVEMENT

Engaging experiences.
A structured foundation.

Engagement makes people want to move. Programmes and professional rules give movement direction. Real progress helps shape what happens next.

01 — FOUNDATION

Purposeful movement.
Progress in context.

A score does not describe a person’s entire ability. Siroby places performance in the context of age, goals, ability and the individual training journey.

A clear purpose

Each exercise needs a movement purpose, execution guidance and appropriate progress criteria.

Progress-led adjustments

Session results contribute to decisions about future content and difficulty.

Respect assessment limits

An incomplete camera view does not necessarily mean incorrect movement. Results need appropriate context.

WHO GROWTH REFERENCE

Understand the numbers.
Keep the context.

The Siroby tool compares height and BMI by age in months and sex with WHO 2007 reference data. A single measurement does not predict future height or assess overall health.

The right age.
The right reference.

This tool covers ages 6 to 18 years 11 months. Weight-for-age is referenced only through age 10; older learners use BMI-for-age.

View WHO reference data

Use of WHO reference data does not imply WHO endorsement of Siroby.

Technology belongs alongside evidence.

Technology names describe their roles in the system. Accuracy and outcome claims need to be considered with assessment methods, scope and supporting evidence. Siroby does not promise a specific increase in height.
