Skill labels organise content
Labels describe a task's focus. One activity may involve several skills at once; a page category should not be treated as a measurement of a participant's ability.
Goals need an observation method
If a task focuses on position or response timing, it should explain what is and is not recorded. Attractive illustrations alone cannot validate an assessment.
Respect individual differences
Age does not fully describe experience, ability or comfort. Guidance should consider the situation and adapt rather than expect the same performance from everyone.
