Preview the task together
Read the instructions together, show the standing area and demonstrate a simple version when appropriate. Move on only when your child understands how to begin and stop.
Keep it flexible
If a child loses interest or wants to stop, take a break and try another time. A brief introduction can still be useful; duration does not need to become a target.
Know the tool's age range
Siroby Kids starts at age five, while the website’s WHO growth tool starts at six. Five-year-olds can still train as usual; the tool does not calculate beyond the WHO data range.
