Start with ages, participants per turn, room size and available devices. A camera experience designed for one person should not be assumed to assess a whole class at once.
Plan supervision
The school and provider would need to agree on setup, turn-taking, student support and device failure procedures. Participation alternatives should be considered for anyone not using a camera.
