SUPPORT / PHONE

Why move to a larger screen?

A phone can still run Siroby smoothly. But when your child steps back for full-body camera framing, the small screen makes demonstrations and feedback harder to follow. For a better training experience, Siroby does not recommend training directly on a phone screen; prefer a computer connected to a TV.

Smooth performance still needs a clear view

Full-body framing requires distance from the camera. On a small screen, demonstrations, text and feedback are harder to follow from that distance.

The recommended setup

Prefer a computer connected to a TV or large display, with a compatible camera or webcam. Without a TV, use a computer and check that your child can clearly follow the workout from the full-body camera position.

Check before training

Open the workout-space guide. Centre the camera on the display, have your child face it, and check both camera framing and how clearly the workout can be seen.

Check after trying

Repeat the original action after each change. If the issue remains, note the device, browser, step and message you see before preparing a support request. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
