After a transaction
Keep a screenshot of the transfer in case you need it. Access opens once Siroby confirms the full payment.
Check after trying
Repeat the original action after each change. If the issue remains, note the device, browser, step and message you see before preparing a support request. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
