The described trial journey
Your family’s first 3 sessions are free and shared, whoever trains. The first needs no account; the other two open once a parent signs in with a phone number or Google. The app keeps count and shows how many are left.
What is useful to check?
Check the camera view, instructions, response delay and your child's comfort. It is also a chance to confirm that a parent can supervise and maintain a stable setup.
The website does not add sessions
The app counts your free sessions. The website cannot create accounts, add sessions or change plans; the trial button simply opens the app.
Check after trying
Repeat the original action after each change. If the issue remains, note the device, browser, step and message you see before preparing a support request. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
