Begin with the setup

Check that the device is secure, the camera view is clear and the floor is unobstructed. An adult can show the standing position required by the current activity.

Try one task at a time

Choose one understandable action in the app and allow a few attempts. If the response is unexpected, review lighting and position before moving to something more demanding.

Recognise a useful first step

Knowing how to start, follow instructions and ask for a break are useful outcomes. The exact order of activities is adjusted by the app for each child.
