Prefer a computer connected to a TV or large display, with a compatible camera or webcam. Without a TV, use a computer and check that your child can clearly follow the workout from the full-body camera position. Centre the camera and check full-body framing throughout each movement.
Three things to rememberCentre the cameraStand facing the cameraKeep the whole body in view
A large display helps your child see demonstrations and feedback from the exercise position. The computer runs Siroby; connect the webcam to the computer and centre it on the TV, facing the exercise area.
Use a laptop or desktop with a compatible camera. From the full-body camera position, check that your child can still see the instructions clearly. Add a larger display if text or images are too small.
A phone can still run Siroby smoothly. But when your child steps back for full-body camera framing, the small screen makes demonstrations and feedback harder to follow. For a better training experience, Siroby does not recommend training directly on a phone screen; prefer a computer connected to a TV.
GET THE POSITION RIGHT
One centre line. Every movement in view.
“Centred” means aligned with the horizontal centre of the display. Mount the webcam at the top edge or securely just below it, without covering the screen.
Face the lens, then adjust distance and camera angle using the preview. There is no single distance that fits every camera and room.

01
Prefer a computer connected to a TV
A TV helps your child follow demonstrations, guidance and feedback from the exercise position. Prepare a compatible computer running Siroby, a TV or large display and a camera. An external webcam connected to the computer makes it easier to centre the camera on the TV.
02
Connect the computer, TV and camera
Connect the computer to the TV with HDMI or a compatible display method, select the matching TV input and open Siroby on the computer. Connect an external webcam to the computer running the app and select it in camera settings where available. Centre the webcam on the TV; the TV does not replace the camera. Check picture and sound before starting.
03
Without a TV, use a computer
Use a laptop or desktop with a camera. From the full-body camera position, check that text and demonstrations are large enough to follow. If not, move to a larger display rather than narrowing the camera frame.
04
Centre the camera on the display
Align the lens with the horizontal centre of the display. Secure the webcam at the top edge or just below the screen, without covering the picture. Aim straight at the exercise area, avoiding a side angle, tilted frame or steep downward view. For a built-in laptop camera, adjust the computer position and screen tilt.
05
Stand centrally and check full-body framing
Stand facing the camera in the centre of the app preview. Adjust distance, camera height and angle until the head, both hands and feet are fully visible. Leave space above the head and on both sides for reaching, side steps and jumps. Use the actual preview rather than a fixed distance, since camera fields of view differ.
06
Clear the exercise area and secure equipment
Remove toys, small chairs and trip hazards from the movement area. Use a stable, non-slip surface; any mat should stay in place. Secure the computer and TV outside the reach of moving hands and feet. Route HDMI, webcam and power cables along the edge, away from the exercise area. Stay nearby to support young children.
07
Adjust lighting and guidance volume
Prefer light from in front or slightly to the side of the person training. Avoid a bright window directly behind them. Keep the lens clean and unobstructed, with only the person training in the recognition area while framing. Set a comfortable volume so the child can hear the AI coach.
08
Test movements before the session
In the preview, slowly try spreading and raising your arms, squatting, stepping sideways and a gentle jump. If the workout includes push-ups, also check the floor position so the head, torso and legs remain in view. If any part is cut off, pause, adjust the camera or distance and check again. Begin when instructions are clear and the full movement area stays visible.
Step back a little, adjust camera height or tilt, then test the movement again. If the room is too shallow, consider a compatible webcam with a wider field of view. Keep it centred rather than moving it off to one side.
TV connected but the camera faces the wrong way?
The TV is the display. Check which camera the app is using, centre that camera on the TV and connect an external webcam to the computer running Siroby. Plugging a webcam into the TV does not automatically make it available to the computer app.
Picture too dark or delayed?
Light the person from the front and avoid a bright window behind them. Close unused apps, check the camera connection and try a compatible wired display connection if wireless mirroring is delayed.
