When the browser needs camera permission.

Permission may be controlled by both browser and operating system. The website never requests it; the guide applies when you open the Siroby app.

Check the correct website's permission

In Chrome, review site settings and camera permission for the app's current address. If access was blocked, change it only for the site you intend to use, then reload as instructed.

Check operating-system permission

If site access is allowed but there is still no image, review the operating system's camera permission for the browser. Safari's Websites settings also provide per-site camera controls.

Permission can be removed

You can change access later in settings. Do not bypass security warnings or grant an unfamiliar site permission simply to continue a trial.

Check after trying

Repeat the original action after each change. If the issue remains, note the device, browser, step and message you see before preparing a support request. Do not include passwords or verification codes.

Why move to a larger screen?

A phone can still run Siroby smoothly. But when your child steps back for full-body camera framing, the small screen makes demonstrations and feedback harder to follow. For a better training experience, Siroby does not recommend training directly on a phone screen; prefer a computer connected to a TV.
